Please note: due to the small print on the Venite, there will be several large-print booklets available for Sunday’s worship services.
Sunday, November 1 is All Saints Sunday. A sign-up sheet is in the Narthex if you have loved ones who have died and would like their names included in the liturgy. Please sign up or let the office know no later than Wednesday, October 28. This service will include a Healing Liturgy.
Also on Nov. 1, we will have a reception following the 10 am service to honor Dr. Pam Harris, who has been our organist for the past eight years. You are invited to help with our gifts to her:
1) by bringing food for the reception (sign up in the Narthex) and/or 2) sending a monetary gift towards her “purse” (clearly marked for Pam) made out to the church. We will compile those monetary gifts into one check from the church made out to Pam.
Episcopal Relief & Development is working closely with partners to support people affected by Hurricane Isaias. While the full extent of the damage is still unfolding, Episcopal Relief & Development is coordinating with local diocesan and congregational leaders across the Gulf Coast region as they work to mobilize local assets and ministries to respond to those in immediate need.
The Hurricane Response Fund provides critical support for both urgent emergency relief and long-term recovery. Please consider making a gift by visiting episcopalrelief.org to donate and learn more.
