We will work diligently to ensure that both the issue of few young families and appropriate growth rates will be part of our inquiry of rector candidates.

The parish profile is nearly complete, with only the inclusion of a few more data points in the summary before it will be ready to share with the bishop and the national church office as part of our total package about our church.  The parish profile will be available to parishioners soon, and we will make every effort to announce its availability, both in hard and electronic fashion.  In addition to the narrative profile, we are almost finished with the search request form, which will be the primary format for such critical points as salary range, benefits package, and a general job description.
